The short version
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics services, or third-party cookies. If you send a message through the contact form, we use what you send only to respond to you and to provide any real estate services you ask about. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, whether you’re interested in buying or selling, and your message.
- Basic technical information: like nearly every website, our hosting server may automatically record standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request, for security and troubleshooting. The contact form also briefly records a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address to limit spam submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up about your real estate questions.
- To provide brokerage services if you choose to work with us.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may share information when needed to provide services you request (for example, with a lender, escrow company, or other party in your transaction, with your knowledge), with our website and email hosting providers, or when required by law.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from outside services.
Retention and security
Messages are delivered by email and kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Spam-prevention records are short-lived. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial details, such as account numbers, through the form.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you’d like.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
