About Soleil

Relationship-focused real estate, close to home.

Soleil Realty is a small East Bay brokerage built around a simple idea: people deserve clear advice, honest communication, and an advocate who keeps their interests first.

What to expect

How we work with you.

Real estate can be complicated, but working with your agent shouldn’t be. These are the commitments we make to every client.

Relationship first

We take the time to understand your situation and goals, and we’re glad to help long before, and long after, a transaction.

Practical guidance

Straight answers about the process, the paperwork, and the trade-offs, so you can make decisions with confidence.

Transparent communication

You’ll know what’s happening and what comes next, and you’ll get a prompt reply when you have a question.

Who we are

Legal identity

Soleil Realty is a DBA (a “doing business as” name) of DB Ryland Inc. Daniel Butt is the broker.

Soleil Realty is a real estate brokerage only. It is not a law firm, and engaging Soleil Realty does not create an attorney-client relationship or include legal services of any kind. We do not give legal or tax advice. If your transaction raises legal or tax questions, we’ll recommend that you consult an attorney or tax professional of your choice.

Our commitment

Fair housing

We support equal housing opportunity. We are committed to the letter and spirit of federal and California fair housing laws, and we work with every client, and represent every home, without discrimination.

If you have questions about your rights under fair housing law, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) provide information and accept complaints.

Have a move in mind, or just a question?

Tell us a little about where you are in the process. There is no obligation, and you can expect a thoughtful reply, not a sales sequence.
